These subcontractors are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

- With insurance carriers and underwriters we represent, to quote, bind, service, and renew your coverage
- With consumer reporting agencies to obtain motor vehicle records, CLUE reports, and insurance scores during the quoting process
- With service providers that help us operate our business, including our CRM, email platform, SMS platform (Twilio), website host, accounting software, and document storage providers — each bound by confidentiality obligations
- With the IRS, state tax authorities, and the Texas Department of Insurance, as required by law
- In connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to the same protections described in this Policy
- When required by law, including subpoenas, court orders, or government investigations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you use our tax preparation services, federal law (Internal Revenue Code §7216) restricts how we may use or disclose your tax return information.
